At Emberwynn House, we specialize in delivering high-quality, premium goods directly to your door. We understand that purchasing high-ticket items requires a logistics process that is as reliable as the products themselves. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with precision and care from the moment of purchase to the final delivery.

Shipping Coverage Area

We provide shipping exclusively within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses to ensure we maintain the highest standards of delivery security and speed.

Shipping Rates & Costs

At Emberwynn House, we are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Standard shipping includes threshold delivery, bringing your items safely inside the entryway of your home or office.

If you require delivery involving stairs, room-of-choice placement, unboxing, or assembly, these services fall under our upgraded White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. Simply reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to coordinate those details for you.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure your purchase is processed efficently, orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST), or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment that we have received your request and have pre-authorized your payment method. We then begin coordinating with our domestic suppliers to verify that your items are in stock and ready for immediate processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Every order undergoes a thorough quality check and preparation phase. During this window, we finalize the logistics and packaging required to keep your investment safe during transit. As we utilize a network of specialized US-based warehouses to house our curated collections, items from the same order may occasionally ship from different locations. 

We strive to get your items to you as efficiently as possible. Our average handling time is 3–5 business days. The average transit time is 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.

While we aim for the shorter end of these windows, these estimates help set realistic expectations for the arrival of your premium goods.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the initial notification.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure the safest transit possible, we partner with industry-leading carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For oversized or heavy items, we utilize professional Freight Carriers.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

For large-scale items requiring freight, we provide Curbside Delivery. The carrier will typically contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Please note: Our complimentary shipping covers Curbside Delivery only. If you require inside delivery or assembly, please contact us prior to ordering for a custom quote (additional fees may apply).

Delays & Exceptions

Logistics can occasionally face unforeseen challenges such as extreme weather or carrier bottlenecks. At Emberwynn House, we believe in transparency. If a delay occurs, we will proactively notify you with the latest information.

In the event an item is found to be out of stock or requires a custom lead time after your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you directly to provide updated timelines or alternative solutions.
