Shipping Coverage Area

We currently provide shipping exclusively within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses to ensure we maintain the highest standards of delivery security and speed.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure your premium goods are processed efficently:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST), or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment that we have received your request and have pre-authorized your payment method. We then begin coordinating with our domestic suppliers to verify that your items are in stock and ready for immediate processing.

Order Processing Time

Every order undergoes a thorough quality check and preparation phase. Our average handling time is 3–5 business days. During this window, we finalize the logistics and packaging required to keep your investment safe during transit.

As we utilize a network of specialized US-based warehouses to house our curated collections, items from the same order may occasionally ship from different locations. Rest assured, our 3–5 day processing window applies to all domestic shipments.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the initial notification.

Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to get your items to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days.

Shipping Carriers

Freight & Large Item Delivery

For large-scale items requiring freight, we provide Curbside Delivery. The carrier will typically contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Delays & Exceptions

Logistics can occasionally face unforeseen challenges such as extreme weather or carrier bottlenecks. At Emberwynn House, we believe in transparency. If a delay occurs, we will proactively notify you with the latest information.

In the event an item is found to be out of stock or requires a custom lead time after your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you directly to provide updated timelines or alternative solutions.
